- Monday to Friday
- Within a few hours during business hours, and always within 24 hours.
- Weekends
- We reply on Monday. If it’s urgent, say so in the subject line and we’ll get to it sooner.
- Holidays
- If we’re slower than usual, we’ll say so at the top of the site.
